The Last of Us Remastered: patch 1.11 drastically reduces loading times
Naughty Dog has released patch 1.11 for The Last of Us Remastered which drastically reduces loading times on PS4, as noted by Twitch streamer Anthony Calabrese, who talked about eighteen seconds saved in the fight with David.

The Last of Us Remastered isn't the only PS4 game to have been updated in the last few days. Just yesterday we reported updates of God of War, Final Fantasy 7 Remake and God of War 3 Remastered that prepare the games for the arrival of PS5.

Today it was the Naughty Dog title. Also in this case no specifics have been given on the effects of the patch, but the suspicion is that it serves to prepare the game for the arrival of PS5, with the addition of features not yet revealed, such as increased resolution and improved framerate. This is great news for anyone looking to buy Sony's new console and replay PS4 titles, many of which will be given away to PS Plus subscribers right away.

Patch 1.11 of TLOU made it so loading screens are basically non-existent on PS4. This is for both ssd and hdd. Sections load in asap and I can save almost 18 seconds in the David fight. Everyone go and check. Was this the patch's intention? @Naughty_Dog @BadData_ @arnemeyer
