LinkedIn Career Explorer to find a new job

LinkedIn Career Explorer to find a new job
The health and economic crisis has impacted (and continues to impact) globally also in terms of employment: unfortunately many are forced to look for a new job. It is with the aim of helping them that today LinkedIn launches a new tool, called Career Explorer and already available in beta version all over the world.

Career Explorer is the novelty of LinkedIn

Al currently the only supported language is English, but more will arrive soon. What it does is analyze the skills of a member of the social network and consequently bring to his attention the open positions that he may not have considered, perhaps relating to companies that, while requiring skills or experiences completely similar to yours, operate in a different sector. It also indicates which skills still need to be acquired to apply for other roles.

What LinkedIn does with Career Explorer, as well as with other tools recently launched from the platform, is filling the gap. gap between job demand and supply, also aiming to provide suggestions on training courses to be addressed.

The professional social network, acquired by Microsoft in 2016 (against investment of over 26 billion dollars), today has 722 million registered users on a global scale. In the last period it has announced or introduced some news starting from the Stories without forgetting a restyling of the interface (visible in the screenshot above) that adopts a layout created taking into account the feedback received from the community.
