Call of Duty Warzone: the new weapon is pure destruction, the video
If you are playing Call of Duty Warzone Season 6 these days, you may have witnessed the rampant terror caused by the new SP-R 208 weapon. This is a sniper rifle, perhaps based on the classic R700 from Call of Duty 4, which immediately proved to be the best in its category. It offers high damage, great mobility, record rate of fire and an unrivaled bullet speed: in other words, the new weapon is the dream of quickscopers (those who aim and fire almost instantly).

The weapon has practically no defects even at level 1 without additional accessories, but if it is upgraded it allows in practice to eliminate anyone with a single shot to the head. Other sniper rifles also have this firepower, but it's counterbalanced by less accurate aiming. According to what we have seen so far, the most skilled can eliminate anyone approaching within 40-50 meters with a single shot as soon as the opponent is in sight. You can see what a player can do with this new destructive weapon in the GIF below.

Even in normal Call of Duty Modern Warfare multiplayer the results are destructive. Obviously a battle royale like Call of Duty Warzone cannot always be perfectly balanced in every single weapon or object, there will always be a group of guns better than others, but it is clear that this new weapon is too powerful.

It can be fun to use, but soon we believe that the entire community will require removal or some debugging. As soon as Infinity Ward sees that most of the community has focused only on this weapon, we are sure it will intervene.

Tell us, have you got to try the SP-R 208? What do you think of this new and destructive Call of Duty Warzone weapon? Is it too powerful?

The next chapter of Call of Duty, Cold War, will also arrive on next-gen: get a PlayStation 5 and / or an Xbox Series X | S on Amazon Italia.
