Huawei FreeBuds Studio: comfort, elegance and audio quality for the company's first over-ear ANCs
During the presentation event of the Huawei Mate 40 smartphone family, Richard Yu's company also announced the arrival of some new accessories. Huawei FreeBuds Studio are the first over-ear headphones in the house: equipped with active noise cancellation and high-level sound quality, the new Huawei headphones promise a listening experience dedicated to the most demanding.

The design of the new Huawei FreeBuds Studio focuses on simplicity and elegance. The company tried to make the aesthetics of its first over-ear headphones as simple as possible, relying on the use of simple geometric shapes such as circles and lines. The matt metallic finish of the earpads and the stainless steel headband give the headphones a unique and premium look.

The large 65x42mm earpads made of eco-leather have been designed to be comfortable even for long sessions listening. The headband connecting them can extend up to 150 ° to accommodate heads of all shapes and sizes.

Thanks to the integrated high quality audio components, the FreeBuds Studio support a frequency response of 4Hz. and 48kHz. The wide range of frequencies supported and the calibration carried out by the company's audio experts allow the headphones to reproduce richly detailed audio sources in great quality.

“The Huawei FreeBuds Studio are equipped with a diaphragm driver customized. A four-layer 40mm polymer diaphragm allows for a wider frequency response range and increased sensitivity, while Huawei-developed L2HC wireless audio codec technologies achieve audio throughput of up to 960kbps. This allows the Huawei FreeBuds Studio to faithfully reproduce the original high-quality sounds of audio files in minute detail, "the company said.

The company's TAT double-layer audio isolation structure and the presence of dynamic ANC allow the headphones to reduce noise by up to 40dB. Thanks to the integrated IMU environmental sensor and microphone system, the headphones are able to accurately recognize the sound environment surrounding the user and offer three noise canceling modes for better results.

" The Huawei FreeBuds Studio support 'awareness' mode and voice mode, allowing users to stay aware of their surroundings or have a clear conversation without having to take off their headphones. In addition, the all-new six-microphone in-call noise reduction system is able to detect voice in a more directional way, effectively focusing on voices and eliminating background noise. "

For a better user experience, the new Huawei over-ear headphones are able to connect to two devices at the same time. This allows users to be able to listen to audio from two different sources without having to constantly carry out the connection procedures to switch from one to the other. The feature is compatible with Android, iOS and Windows devices.

The bluetooth signal coverage has been improved by including for the first time in a pair of over-ear headphones a dual antenna capable of capturing the wireless signal at 360 ° for a more stable connection.

According to Huawei the FreeBuds Studio are able to play music for 20 consecutive hours with ANC active and 24 hours without noise cancellation. With just 10 minutes of charging the FreeBuds Studio can recover up to 5/8 hours of music playback (ANC on / ANC off).

The Huawei FreeBuds Studio are available for pre-order today from the Huawei Store at the price of 299 euros with 6 months of Huawei Music for free.
