Internet Explorer: Stop support from August 2021
In an official statement on the official Microsoft 365 blog, the Redmond giant announced that Internet Explorer 11 will no longer be supported - definitively - starting from August 2021. It will not be the only Web browser of the Redmond giant to be cut out of the game: it will also touch the first version of EDGE, the one not based on Chromium, to be clear.

Microsoft towards the end of IE 11 and EDGE Legacy

There is a very precise roadmap, which will include a series of steps. On November 30 this year, Microsoft Teams will no longer support Internet Explorer 11, but Microsoft 365 (M365) apps will continue to do so. Subsequently, in March 2021, support for Microsoft EDGE Legacy will permanently cease. Finally, on August 17, 2021, the M365 suite (and all other Microsoft services) will permanently stop supporting Internet Explorer 11.

Just a few days ago, one of the browsers Web that made the history of the Internet celebrated its 25th birthday. According to the roadmap, there will be a twenty-sixth one just before the final demise and - to be completely honest - we will easily get over it.
