The Witcher: Enhanced Edition is currently available for free on GOG, still for about 9 hours, so if you have not yet purchased the title that gave rise to the myth, you are still in time but you must hurry.

Originally released in 2007, The Witcher is the first chapter of the action RPG developed by CD Projekt RED on the character created by Andrzej Sapkowski and tells the beginning of the story of Geralt of Rivia, based on facts and characters taken from the book series.

About a year later The Witcher: Enhanced Edition was released, which includes numerous improvements to the game, with the addition of new animations and textures, correction of various bugs and adjustments to game systems such as inventory management, reduced uploads and more.

From the content point of view, this version also includes some new quests compared to the original, as well as revised, corrected and expanded translations.
