The Undoing: released the trailer of the TV series with Hugh Grant and Nicole Kidman
The first official trailer for The Undoing, the new HBO TV series directed by Susanne Bier and Big Little Lies creator David E. Kelley, has been released. The cast includes Academy Award winner Nicole Kidman and British actor Hugh Grant. The show will debut on October 25th and will consist of six episodes.

The Undoing is the television transposition of Jean Hanff Korelitz's novel You Should Have Known. The story follows Grace (Nicole Kidman) and Jonathan Fraser (Grant) who live the life they both have always dreamed of. Suddenly their lives are upset by a violent death and a terrible revelation. Their lives will never be the same and both will have to rebuild themselves on the rubble left, for the good of the family and children.

In the cast, in addition to Kidman and Hugh Grant, Edgar Ramirez (American Crime Story: The Assassination of Gianni Versace, Carlos) as Detective Joe Mendoza; Noah Jupe (Honey Boy, A Quiet Place 2) as Henry Fraser, Grace and Jonathan's 12-year-old son; Lily Rabe (American Horror Story) as Sylvia Steinetz; Noma Dumezweni (Black Earth Rising) is Haley Fitzgerald; Sofie Gråbøl (Gentleman Jack, Fortitude) plays Catherine Stamper; Matilda De Angelis is Elena Alves; Ismael Cruz Córdova (Berlin Station) as Fernando Alves; and Donald Sutherland (Citizen X) is Franklin Reinhardt, Grace's father, a retired businessman and loving grandfather who wants to protect his family from the turbulent revelations that don't make it to the public eye.

The premises for this TV series that promises to be a legal drama are really very good, we'll see if the staging will meet the expectations of the trailer.
