Renault's SUV Coupé, Arkana, will also be sold in Europe from 2021. The model, which has been on the market since 2019 on the Asian and Russian markets, will also arrive in the old continent where this type of bodywork is finding an important following among motorists. .

Compared to the current version, the European version will be updated with many elements derived from the latest Renault products. Including the Cmf-B platform which, thanks to its modularity, could allow the entry of hybrid engines.

Petrol only

The engines at launch in Europe will be exclusively petrol. 1.2 TCe 130 and 160 with 12V mild hybrid system and Edc automatic transmission and E-Tech Hybrid with the same full hybrid technology that debuted on the Clio. Any diesel versions have not been confirmed at the moment.

Arkana is available with a rich set of driving aids: Highway & Traffic Jam Companion, Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go function, Active Emergency Braking System , Blind Spot Warning, Traffic Sign Recognition, Lane Departure Warning with Guard System, Rear Cross Traffic, Easy Park Assist and 360 degree cameras.

The Arkana suv coupé has dimensions larger than Kadjar and can be customized according to your taste: the most sporty will be satisfied with the presence of the RS Line trim that adds dedicated details and elements. The appearance resumes the style of Megane and Clio, especially as regards the design of the front light units.

The technological equipment resumes the organization of the current models with the 7 or 9.3 ″ easy link system vertical development. Prices for the Italian market have not yet been disclosed.
