Cyberpunk 2077: the current confirmations of CD Projekt RED

The date is approaching when we will finally be able to get our hands on Cyberpunk 2077, the highly anticipated CD Projekt title. The title has already undergone two postponements - the first in April and the second in September. The date of November 19, 2020, however, has been confirmed by CD Projekt RED itself, especially because, if this were not the case, the reaction of the community would certainly not be accommodating. In this regard, the confirmation of the date by CD Projekt RED took place during a meeting with investors, with a video that traces the results of the first half of the fiscal year 2020.

On this occasion, CFO Piotr Nielubowicz has confirmed that there will be no further postponements for Cyberpunk 2077. As the next financial update is scheduled for December, it is obvious that the date we all know is now a certainty. “Yes, we can confirm it and, actually, today we are preparing for the final certification, so we are very close. Obviously, we will continue toa> work on the title until the end, this is the practice. It is an immense game, but as we have said, we are fully on time and we still plan to launch the title on November 19th, "says Nielubowicz.

As for the price of the game , the vice president of business development, Michał Nowakowski, also said the company is not willing to raise the price. "As I have previously stated, we already announced a while ago that pre-orders for our game in the US start at $ 59.99 and we have no plans to change that price at the last minute. Pre-orders are now active and consumers have known this for some time. In Europe, the game has already been advertised by numerous retailers at this price point, ”says Nowakowski.
