Dungeons & Dragons: who is Tasha?
Wizards of the Coast has just announced the release of a new manual for Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition: Tasha's Cauldron of Everything. But who is this Tasha? Is she just the one who invented Tasha's uncontrollable Laughter spell or is there more? Why is it rumored that his real name is another, Iggwilv? Let's find out more about her story.

Who is Tasha?

It is said that Iggwilv was once called Natasha and that as a child she was adopted by the powerful witch Baba Yaga. It is also said that, under his guidance, Natasha grew to be a talented enchantress and was soon known as "Natasha the Dark", perhaps in contrast to Baba Yaga's other adopted daughter, Elena the Shining. After completing her studies with Baba Yaga Iggwilv, who now called herself Tasha, she set out on a journey until she met the magician Zagig Yragerne of whom she became a disciple… and something more is said. Tasha also became a full member of the Company of Seven, Zagig's band of adventurers, for a time. During this time he devised Tasha's Uncontrollable Laughter spell.
