HP has announced the HP Presence product line all dedicated to professional digital collaboration, with tools that include the compact high-performance HP Precence Mini PC, HP Presence See 4K AI Camera, HP Presence Control Center, HP Presence Microphones Talk Satellite Microphones combined with the HP Presence Hub and the HP Presence Audio Video Bar, part of an ecosystem designed to guarantee measurement solutions for small, medium and large working environments.The HP Presence line aims to improve today's meetings with tools to enhance the speakers in presence and who is connected remotely The hardware is supported by a complete software suite that includes targeted applications. HP Meeting Ready makes things quick and easy by automatically activating the control center and cameras. HP Speaker Frame and HP Auto Frame provide targeted picture-in-picture frames to make all conference guests feel as if they are in the room. HP Speaker Tracking uses auto frame to frame a speaker even when moving around the room, including slow, cinema and fast modes to give a specific cut to the presentation. HP Auto Volume automatically manages volume to balance voices that are too loud or too soft, interacting with HP Voice Leveling to optimize the volume of the room's speakers. All seasoned with HP Presence Room Assistant that allows you to report to maintenance, catering and technicians the presence of problems or needs on site, such as cleaning the room.
The HP Presence line includes the control system HP Presence Control Plus and HP Presence See 4K AI Camera HP Presence line devices will be available between February and Spring 2022, with the exception of HP Elite Dragonfly Max and HP EliteOne 800 G8 AiO computers with HP Presence enhancements which will be available in November .
The HP Presence Mini Conferencing PC includes HP Wolf Security and integrated managing. HP Presence Control and HP Presence Control Plus systems include intelligent controls and Bang & Olufsen adaptive audio enhanced with artificial intelligence. The HP Presence See 4K AI Camera uses AI to ensure cinema-quality audio and video, ensuring maximum privacy by being rotated down. Also in the case of the HP Presence Audio Video Bar, designed for larger environments, we find Bang & Olufsen audio, full support for the HP Presence suite and mechanism to obscure the integrated camera. HP Presence Hub and HP Presence Talk Satellite Microphones, equipped with LEDs to alert when they are active, extend the range of the audio and provide two additional satellite microphones for particularly large rooms.

HP launches HP Presence, aims to expand reach into meeting rooms
HP is launching a portfolio of collaboration and conferencing systems as it aims to bolster hybrid work arrangements.
The portfolio, HP Presence, includes meeting space bundles, PCs, 4K cameras, audio and video bars and microphones as well as room controllers.

The portfolio has integration with Microsoft Teams and Zoom with one-tap launches as well as HP Speaker Frame, which gives every speaker a seat at the virtual meeting.
HP also has speaker tracking technology to move around the room to follow speakers as well as built-in help assistants to report issues.
As for availability, HP Presence Small Space Solution includes HP Presence Control with Audio and HP Presence Mini Conferencing PC will be available in February 2022. A bundle with the 4K AI camera will also be available. Pricing for the bundles will be announced when available.
