He joined the company after almost a decade spent at Dell holding various roles in the areas of Finance, Professional Services, Sales and most recently as CEO of EMC2 Italy. In the past he has also worked in McKinsey & Co Management Consulting and Rolls-Royce Aerospace. These are his words.

I can't wait to work and learn from an exceptional group of professionals and to join Microsoft Italy, at a crucial moment for the transformation of the corporate customers we serve on the market Italian. The Ambition Italy #DigitalRestart plan represents a unique opportunity to radically accelerate this transformation and I am proud to be part of the team that will guide it.

Callegari it is, instead, a return to Italy after four years at Microsoft Switzerland, covering the same role, and after driving experience of the Divisions M&O and Partner and Small-and Medium-sized Enterprises. He started his career at Samsung in the area of sales and marketing, then coming to the Marketing Direction of the telephone division. In 2010 he joined Microsoft Italy as Head of Windows Phone, and in 2011 he was appointed Marketing Strategist for the mobile phone business at Microsoft headquarters in Redmond.

I Am excited about the opportunity to return to where it all started and take advantage of my recent international experience to contribute to the revival of my Country. Observe how Italy has reacted to the recent public health emergency and how Microsoft is alongside customers, partners, and institutions in the recovery phase is a reason of great pride and I feel privileged to be a part of this team.
