Frank Miller sued for defamation by Stephen L'Heureux
Hollywood producer Stephen L'Heureux has filed a lawsuit against Frank Miller and Silenn Thomas, CEO of Frank Miller Inc., for libel of around twenty-five million dollars.

The figure would be compensation for the loss of future earnings, damage to personal reputation and stress caused by the conduct of Frank Miller and Silenn Thomas. The complaint was filed by L'Heureux through the Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman law firm in San Francisco, at the Los Angeles Superior Court.

At the moment, the only version of the story that is known is the one told from L'Heureux, according to Qulale Miller and Thomas, from 2008 to today, have made unflattering comments about him, with other Hollywood professionals and numerous Executive Managers of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Skydance Media.

In the complaint, the names of the directors Louis Leterrier and Zack Snyder, and the artist Geof Darrow co-author of Hard Boiled, are mentioned as witnesses. The comments, again according to L'Heureux, would have been real insults to the person and his professionalism, until he even doubted the legality of the rights claimed on Sin City and Hard Boiled.

The scandal stone would be the rights for the Sin City TV adaptation and a film on Hard Boiled, by Stephen L'Heureux. According to the reconstruction made by the latter and his lawyers, Frank Miller and Silenn Thomas would have launched a defamatory campaign, to ensure that the two projects never saw the light of day.

Frank Miller , through his lawyer of the law Firm of Grodsky of Grodsky, Olecki & Puritsky, has released a press release a few lines in which he says that “The requests of Mr. L'heureux and the lawsuit are without merit and we will defend aggressively during the process. ”

This news means that we will not see in a short time, no TV series for Sin City and even a movie of Hard Boiled . Fans of Frank Miller will get the peace of mind waiting for the legal battle take its course.
