The post refers to a page in the help Center on the application of the rules in force on the social network . The screenshot in question was shared by Andrew Surabian, a supporter of the republican, after having received it directly from Donald Trump Jr. The limitations relate to the inability to publish a new post, do retweet, become followers of other profiles, or assign a link to the content.
