Crysis Remastered postponed due to player criticism

After the several leaks that appeared on the net a few days ago, Crysis Remastered has finally shown itself to the eyes of fans. Among the first game images and a fleeting gameplay leaked a few hours later, what was allegedly the launch date of the awaited remastered of one of the great classics of the FPS genre was also revealed. To break the enthusiasm, however, Crytek arrived and with a post published a few moments ago said he had postponed both the release of the game and the next official trailer.

Although the launch date of Crysis Remastered has never been officially confirmed, the German study has kept to warn its fans through a long post published on their Twitter account. The piece of video that had leaked on the web days ago should have been part of a new trailer expected just for today; unfortunately, however, the sad postponement message came in place of the new movie.

From what can be read in the latest tweet from the German study , the team took note of the criticisms, both positive and negative, that were made to the game after the leaks of the last few days. In this regard, the decision was made to postpone the next communication plans to take advantage of the extra time to improve the final product. After pictures and videos leaked onto the web, many players complained of the few and poor improvements that the title seemed to have compared to the original game released in 2007.
