Demon's Souls: will multiplayer on PS5 be up to 6 players?
Demon's Souls, FromSoftware's hit PS3 title back in 2009, whose remake literally thrilled fans, will be available as soon as PlayStation 5 launches. During the last event organized by Sony, we also got to contemplate a few minutes of gameplay, able to seduce with its surprising graphic and sound details, closing the curtain with the player's iconic game over.

At first glance, the video shown to us during the PS5 event shows us more dynamic rhythms, therefore the expectation of users is that the DualSense can reflect a greater immersion in the game, thanks to its haptic feedback. In addition to this, there are also rumors of an improvement not only in terms of graphics and playability, but also of the possibility of a more extensive multiplayer.

In addition to the single player mode, therefore, Demon's Souls will be playable in multiplayer mode for 2 to 6 players. The original Demon's Souls on PS3 hosted a maximum of 4 players, as well as the later Dark Souls 1 and 2. The expansion to 6 users took place later with Dark Souls 3. So, almost certainly, this remake will also follow this line, although we don't know how users will be divided. FromSoftware titles are known for their difficulty and penchant for exasperating the most hasty. Well, a multiplayer mode for up to 6 players would be really handy.
