Windows 10: the new Start menu with the 21H1 update?
Already spotted in recent months in an unofficial form, the new Windows 10 Start menu was definitively presented by Microsoft a few days ago in conjunction with the publication of a new build preview of the operating system. In order to see it integrated in the final edition, it may be necessary to wait at least until 2021.

The new Start menu of Windows 10 only in 2021?

We already know that the autumn update, that 20H2 arriving in the second half of the year, will not be a major update but something more similar to a service pack, as already happened for the November 2019 Update. No unprecedented features therefore, nor tweaks to the interface, but only the correction of bugs and improvements regarding stability. The restyling of the component could be introduced later with the 21H1 package to debut next spring, already known to insiders with the code name Iron.

2021 will be a fundamental year for W10, for various issues . First of all we expect the debut of the 10X version initially announced only for folding and dual screens, but subsequently confirmed also for laptops. Then the Microsoft platform will have to deal with what is the most important update of the competing operating system par excellence, Apple's macOS, ready to move to the 11 Big Sur edition thus definitively closing the OS era X.

the Start Menu, the group of Redmond is expected from the not simple task of projecting the Windows ecosystem to the future of the PC world , taking into account the new form factor, of the innovations on the hardware front, and especially by putting an end to the many problems which have arisen in the last period, especially in relation to the management of the updates.
