PS5: everything we know about Sony's next-gen console

After the show The Future of Gaming, which presented PlayStation 5 to the world, many new details have emerged on Sony's next-gen console, so we thought well to summarize all the information currently available in a single video.

PlayStation 5 will be launched in two different models, one equipped with an Ultra HD (4K) Blu-ray player, and the other without, specifically aimed at the use of only titles in digital format. The two versions will offer the same gaming experience, and it seems that there are no other substantial differences regarding the hardware. Another thing that will distinguish them will certainly be the price, even if Sony has not yet unbalanced in this regard. At the moment the only concrete clue in this sense comes from a leak from Amazon France, a retailer who briefly placed the PS5 with a player at a price of 499 euros. We await the official status.

Sony's top management also had the opportunity to discuss the philosophy that guided the designers in defining the aesthetics and shape of the console, designed, among other things, also to reduce noise. These, and many other details, can be found in our latest Special Video on PS5, which you can comfortably view on top of this news.
