Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League new story trailer features Superman with eye strain

Rocksteady's Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has a fancy new story trailer that dropped at DC FanDome. The third-person shooter features Harley Quinn, King Shark, and friends facing off against a mangled Justice League. This time around, Task Force X is comprised of Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark. The 'crack team' are facing off against a seriously messed up version of the Justice League of America. It appears the Superman has severe eye strain and that his comrades, like Flash, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and Batman have all suffered the same fate. They are aiming to destroy Metropolis, which has been recreated in all of its open-world glory for players to explore.

This marks an exciting return to Rocksteady's DC universe games after the team previously released the incredible Arkham series. The game is set to release in 2022 on the newest batch of consoles, so that's the PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X|S.

Are you excited about Suicide Squad? Can it live up to the high standard of Suicide Squad (2021)? Leave a comment below! But please, avoid getting eye strain by taking regular screen breaks — Metropolis should not be made to pay for your strain-induced rage.
