Xbox Series X: Will the dashboard be the same as the Xbox One, but faster?

Although our vision for the next generation of consoles is becoming increasingly crystal clear, some details continue to be unknown. Both Microsoft and Sony have shown the design of their consoles, Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, but the price, the launch date and the appearance of the interface are still unknown.

During the event "The Future of Gaming" Sony gave us a taste of the PS5 interface, but as regards the dashboard of Xbox Series X we are still in the noise field. In these hours, however, Tom Warren of The Verge has shown himself quite confident in stating that the Xbox Series X interface will be the same as that of Xbox One, but faster and more responsive: "I can confirm that the Xbox Series dashboard X will be the same as Xbox One. Microsoft is adding a few things ahead of the console's new features, but the UI and dashboard will be the same. Speed and responsiveness will be improving. I think it's a good idea that they are aligned. will be other improvements in the coming months, including the arrival of a new app for the Store ".

In essence, according to Tom Warren, the inevitable news and improvements will be implemented already on Xbox One in the coming months, so as to be ready for the Xbox Series X debut expected later this year. Jez Corden of Windows Central says that the improvements will be more substantial than Warren has hinted at. We will only be sure in the coming months: Microsoft has not yet announced the exact dates of its upcoming Inside Xbox, but we know for sure that the first parties will be presented in July, including Halo Infinite.
