Pokémon Sword and Shield: The Isle of Armor, official release date unveiled by a trailer

A new trailer for Pokémon Sword and Shield: The Isle of Armor has been released, which reveals the official release date of this highly anticipated DLC: June 17, 2020. The announcement was made by the publisher Nintendo and the developer Game Freak. The trailer is at the head of the news.

The Isle of Armor is the first DLC of Pokémon Sword and Shield. It is set on a large island located near the Galar region. It is a largely unspoiled place, full of beaches, forests, caves and dunes. Of course there are also Pokémon. Here players will have to train at the island's dojo, under the guidance of a new and charismatic coach. The ultimate goal is to find the Legendary Pokémon Kubfu.

As already announced, the second DLC of Pokémon Sword and Shield will arrive in the autumn and will be called The Crown Tundra. Further details on the package will be provided in due course. Just yesterday we had the news that the fiscal year 2020 was the second best ever for The Pokémon Company. 2020 will see the launch of the Pokémon Sword and Shield DLC, which will surely be purchased en masse by fans.

Before leaving, we remind you that Pokémon Sword and Shield is an exclusive title for Nintendo Switch, which has been available for some time.
