New upgrade options for MacBook Pro and Mac Pro


When there is only one week left for the appointment with the Worldwide Developers Conference 2020, today Apple introduces in its catalog some new setup options for its top-of-the-range computers, those intended for the most demanding range of users: MacBook Pro and Mac Pro.

MacBook Pro 16 and Mac Pro: new upgrade options In detail, the laptop with its 16-inch screen edition can be configured with a video card absent in the past: this is the AMD model Radeon Pro 5600M with 8 GB of dedicated HBM2 memory which guarantees a significant boost in terms of performance. In this case, spending increases by 1,000 euros round compared to the basic variant with AMD Radeon Pro 5300M (4 GB) and 875 euros compared to that with AMD Radeon Pro 5500 (4 GB).

Staying on topic and moving to the desktop unit, the Cupertino group has introduced a novelty with the aim of making the upgrade of Mac Pro easier: a new SSD kit with slots that can accommodate multiple modules each with capacity up to 8 TB for those it needs large quantities of storage. The installation can be performed directly by the user, without having to go through the assistance service. Availability is not yet available on the official bitten apple store.
