Epic Games Store: The Vault campaign with GTA 5 was an immense success
The Vault campaign of the Epic Games Store, the one with which GTA 5 was among others, was an immense success and attracted millions of new users to the Epic Games store. We would have been amazed to the contrary, given the gifts made to gamers.

Launched on May 13 and ended on June 18, the Vault campaign has seen a PCCU (Peak Concurrent Users) of 13 million users, with a MAU (Monthly Active Users) greater than 61 million. The promotions implemented included not only triple A games as a gift, such as the aforementioned GTA 5, or the collection of Borderlands, Ark: Survival Evolved, Civilization 6 and others, but also of the sales particularly appreciated by the players who allowed to add vouchers from € 10 to the discounts already in place.

Epic Games is very satisfied with the result, which went beyond what was hoped for. The audience of potential buyers of the games on sale in the store has grown enormously, becoming an even more formidable competitor for Steam and all the other digital PC stores.
