Pokémon, youtuber upset because the stakes have lost him a $ 55,000 card
Youtuber Lee 'Leonhart' Steinfeld was shocked to learn that the U.S. postal service has lost a $ 55,000 Pokémon card. It was a first edition of Charizard, for the record.

Leonhart is one of YouTube's most popular Pokémon-themed content creators, specializing in collecting rare cards. Just last month she got the first edition of Charizard, worth 55,000 dollars, but on June 20 she published a video in which she declared that the postal service had lost it.

Leonhart had sent the card to the PSA to have it evaluated, but is currently missing. Note that the card never came. The US post office (USPS) has not been of much help, not responding to his first requests to find out the fate of the card. Then the man went to the post office, where they refunded him for the shipment (not for the value of the lost property), considered the safest of the various options provided by the USPS.

Of course Leonhart does not want give up and at least try to get reimbursed by the insurance, hoping that in the meantime the stakes will find his Charizard. After all, this is not the first time that the US post office has lost a Pokémon card of great value. In 2019, they lost a Trainer # 3 card sold on Ebay for $ 60,000.
