Oppo Reno8 Pro review

The launch event on the European market of the Oppo Reno8 series was held at the end of August, a conference in which the brand new Oppo Pad Air and the Oppo Band 2 were also presented. However, we have been lucky enough to have the Pro model in our hands for much longer, so that we can give you our in-depth impressions.

How does the Oppo Reno8 Pro fare? Who is the brand's first non-flagship smartphone to mount the MariSilicon X chip for?

The Oppo we like

The design of the Oppo Reno8 Pro is unique in the world and in an extremely positive way. There are very few smartphones nowadays that know how to find their own space, not only making themselves recognizable at a distance of a mile but also managing to amaze at the close analysis of the details.

The beautiful rear body is made using a "trick" that had already been used by the brand for Oppo Find X3 Pro and Find X5 Pro. The back of Reno8 Pro is in fact made up of a single piece of glass, curved to embrace the rear cameras without any interruption. The green color we received is personally my favorite and among those available it is perhaps the one that best masks the fingerprints that will inevitably accumulate on the glossy body.
