Esports: a new partnership is born between NOW TV and Qlash
NOW TV, the Sky streaming service, and QLASH eSports, announce their partnership in the eSports world. NOW TV is the first OTT platform to invest in the eSports world and support the evolution of gaming in Italy.

NOW TV offers an offer rich in live and on demand content such as sport, cinema, series Sky TV and shows.

QLASH is one of the world's leading eSports organizations which was recently awarded the title of best Italian team of the year 2020. A company whose mission is to build and support the gaming and eSports community globally and locally.

The goal of the partnership is to capture the attention of the public through one of the most driving passions of Gen Z and Millennials. In Italy alone there are about 1.4 million eSports and gaming enthusiasts, most of them between the ages of 18 and 34.

This is an intelligent audience, hungry for content and particularly attentive to what brands communicate and above all how they act in this sector. NOW TV is the main sponsor of the QLASH jersey that will be released within FIFA.

From today to December 6 there will be the possibility to redeem the limited edition QLASH jersey to be used in FUT mode (Fifa Ultimate Team ): the most used mode of the FIFA video game that allows each player to "create" his team and discard virtual packages in which he finds players, shirts and stadiums.

The activities will start with a tournament that will start on December 5 and will present four qualifying phases that will take place from December 5 to 16 and from which the 8 finalists will come out (two for phases). Among the prizes up for grabs for the finalists, the first place will become the official NOWTVxQLASH player.

The tournament will be managed directly in the QLASH app and the qualifiers and finals will be streamed on Twitch. Big space on social media with a large digital campaign aimed at providing relevant and engaging content to all eSports fans.

NOW TV will have its own space in the QLASH House, one of the largest eSports gaming houses in the world. A special streaming area, dedicated to everything related to eSports, interviews with players and live gaming.
