Budget law 2021, something is moving for car incentives
The debate continues on the 2021 budget law to be approved by the beginning of the new year; as reported by Repubblica a few days ago, the government is working on the reshaping of the car incentives in view of 2021.

Many hoped that already in the last months of 2020 the current incentives could be refinanced, to increase funds in those market segments - those that include cars that emit between 61 and 110 grams of CO2 per kilometer traveled - where the money ran out in a few days due to the very strong demand.

The current round of incentives will expire on 31 December, and in theory it should be the last date by which to decide for 2021: most likely it will not be so, and will be postponed by a few weeks into the new year. In addition to the incentives that we hope will be renewed for 2021, the state Ecobonus remains active for the whole of next year, which in many cases can be added to the incentives to increase the overall discount.
