Throughout the month of December and until January 6, Sky is decorated for the holidays, with a channel entirely dedicated to the most beautiful Christmas films that will keep us company during this Christmas. Under the mistletoe

The Christmas program of Sky will be characterized by different genres able to satisfy the most disparate needs under the sign of Christmas and its spirit. There will therefore also be romantic films: among these, it will be possible to find Love Actually, a film by Richard Curtis starring Hugh Grant, Keira Knightley, Liam Neeson and Colin Firth; but also Love Doesn't Go on Vacation, the romantic comedy starring Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet and Jude Law.

For those who want to spend these holidays in the name of tenderness, the classic Serendipity - When Love is Magic, starring John Cusack and Kate Beckinsale, will also be waiting for them on Sky Cinema Christmas, but the channel will also contain some Premium Cinema titles such as the romantic film A Love Under the Tree, among which names we find the late Paul Walker, Penélope Cruz and Susan Sarandon.



Comedies and films for the whole family

A Christmas to be laughed at, the one on Sky Cinema Christmas, which will in fact also feature comedies and films suitable for children and families. A comedy not to be missed will surely be Natale All'Improvviso, a film that follows the bizarre events of the extravagant Cooper family, whose members are played by John Goodman, Diane Keaton, Ed Helms, Olivia Wilde, Amanda Seyfried and Alan Arkin.

Unmissable Elf - An Elf Named Buddy, starring Will Ferrell, Zooey Deschanel, Jon Favreau and James Caan; but also Christmas for Rent, in which Ben Affleck will come to terms with his past in this Christmas comedy that also stars Christine Applegate, James Gandolfini and Udo Kier.

For family celebrations together with the little ones there will be the animated films The Son of Santa Claus, The Apprentice Santa Claus - Nicholas' Christmas, The Secret of Santa Claus, The Grinch and Frozen II - The secret of Arendelle. Sky Cinema Christmas will also host the films Scoot Policeman on 4 Legs, The 12 Christmas Dogs, 3 Puppies and a Ring and The Magic Bunny.



Christmas tricolor

Many local Christmas films that will be available on Sky throughout December until 6 January. First of all, Il Primo Natale, starring the comic duo Ficarra and Picone; but also the films starring Alessandro Gassman such as Un Natale per Due and Un Natale con i Fiocchi. Also present is The Christmas Dinner, whose cast includes Riccardo Scamarcio, Laura Chiatti, Michele Placido and Maria Pia Calzone.

Fun cine panettone is not lacking, such as A Christmas in the South or a Christmas as a Chef, but also Amici Come Prima, which sees the return of the duo Boldi - De Sica after thirteen years.



The great classics

For the more nostalgic or for those who really don't want to give up the Christmas classic to spend the holidays in the name of tradition, Sky Cinema Christmas offers some famous titles. One Armchair for Two, starring Eddie Murphy, Dan Aykroyd and Jamie Lee Curtis; the latter also return in the film Escape from Christmas, alongside Tim Allen. There is also a reinterpretation of Charles Dickens' novel, A Christmas Carol, reinterpreted by Bill Murray in S.O.S. Ghosts.

Timeless classics, then, to be accessed through the Sky Christmas channel: Bianco Natale and La Vita è Meravigliosa, but also All Together Passionately.
