Disney launches the most expensive Star Wars-themed cocktail in the Galaxy

Disney never ceases to amaze us with its Star Wars-themed novelties: now there is the opportunity to purchase an original cocktail at the "symbolic" price of $ 5,000. The drink, called Kaiburr Crystal, was introduced on the Disney Wish cruise ship, the latest from the Disney Cruise Line company. Additionally, the drink is served in a Camtono, the cylindrical container that we first saw in Star Wars: Episode 5 - The Empire Strikes Back, then in The Mandalorian and more recently in the TV series The Book of Boba Fett. We don't have many details about the ingredients, because Disney has seen fit to keep them hidden in such a way as to entice the public to buy it and discover its composition. A perhaps risky choice, also given the disproportionate cost of the Star Wars themed cocktail, but understandable for the same reason.

Disney's Star Wars themed cocktail

While the ingredients of the Star Wars cocktail have not been officially revealed, some have visited Disney Wish and tried to find out more. Like the site Arthur's About Theme Parks, which had the opportunity to speak with the bartender of the Hyperspace Lounge, the only place on the cruise ship where you can taste the drink. It seems that inside the drink contains a blend of high-end cognac, Bourbon, Porto and Japanese fruits. Let's see all the ingredients together in detail based on the revelations of Arthur's About Theme Parks reported by comicbook.com:

The basis of the cocktail is Camus cognac. Japanese fruits are kumquat and yuzu. The liqueur added is the Quintessence Grand Marnier Cognac. There is also Pappy Van Winkle's Family Reserve 23-year-old bourbon shot ($ 7,154 for 750 milliliters). Finally, the Taylor's Fladgate Kingsman Edition Very Old Tawny Port bourbon shot ($ 4,200 for 750 milliliters).

Guests of the Disney ship's Hyperspace Lounge will be able to keep the small silver cups in which the Star Wars cocktail and plate used for the occasion are served, but not the Camtono. In addition, they will be able to take advantage of additional services in their rooms, such as the personalized bottle of Skywalker Vineyards wine, complete with an invitation to visit the vineyard. Finally, remember that the name of the cocktail is inspired by the crystals used for the construction of the Star Wars lightsabers (you can buy the sword on Amazon).
