Presented in late September, Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Nano today makes its official debut in our country. The manufacturer calls it “the lightest ThinkPad ever” due to its low weight at just 907 grams. It is also the first device in the range based on the Intel Evo platform and with 11th generation Intel Core processors.

Taking a look at the technical specifications sheet there are 13-inch Dolby Vision 2K displays with 16:10 form factor, the aforementioned processors up to 11th generation Intel Core i7 with Intel Iris Xe graphics, optional 5G connectivity, WiFi 6, support for Thunderbolt 4 technology that can handle a single cable fast connection for power, monitor and data transfer, ThinkShield AI and biometric security features such as voice recognition, human presence detection and fingerprint reading, four speakers with Dolby Atmos support and four microphones. On the software side, the buyer has the opportunity to choose between the Windows 10 Pro operating system and Ubuntu Linux.

Also in this case, as for all products of the Think family, Lenovo provides a version Vantage application, which simplifies updating hardware settings and also offers specific controls for IT administrators in charge of managing the fleet.

Finally the price: the WiFi edition of ThinkPad X1 Nano is already available at 1,849 euros + VAT, the LTE one at 2,069 euros + VAT and the variant with 5G connectivity (coming in March) will cost 2,549 euros + VAT.

Together with the device, CO2 Offset Services (included with purchase) also debuts in Italy, a service provided by Lenovo that allows companies to offset the carbon emissions associated with the production, delivery and use of products in the Think range for a period of use estimated at up to five years. The amount is compensated by joining the initiatives of various partners under the supervision of the United Nations and ClimeCo.
