Animal Crossing: New Horizons, which animals to catch before the end of February

Animal Crossing

Here we are. The first year of Animal Crossing: New Horizons ends with the arrival of March.

We have seen fish and insects in the last twelve months. Animals that came and animals that left.

From the most difficult to the least rare, we should have finished the encyclopedia by now, as the cycle of creatures that can be captured on the various islands of the game will soon begin again. If not, don't despair, you'll have a chance to catch up over the next year.

For now, however, let's see which animals to catch before the end of February in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Fish and insects that will no longer be available from the end of February and therefore to be caught with priority in Animal Crossing: New Horizons:

Insects

Butterfly Raja Brooke - 2500 little stars - From 8:00 to 17:00 - Back in April Zigottero - 500 little stars - All day - Back in November Dung beetle - 3000 little stars - All day - Back in December

Pisces river

Pingo - 400 little stars - All day - Back in December

These are the animals to catch before the end February in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

As you can see, most of the creatures that arrived in the cold of the winter months are about to leave the island until next winter, so you better hurry and catch them.

We, on the other hand, say goodbye here for the last time, as we have returned to the point of conjunction with the beginning of this series of articles, which took place last March.

However, even though part of the journey is over, there is still a lot we need to talk to you about. Stay on our pages, because in March we will celebrate the first year of Animal Crossing: New Horizons with various themed articles.

'Animal Crossing: New Leaf' Sanrio collab brings Hello Kitty items to your town

Those Animal Crossing: New Leaf-Sanrio collaboration amiibo cards, which were only previously available in Japan and the EU, are finally arriving in the US on March 26th. Nintendo first announced their stateside release back in January, but now the company is giving you a glimpse of what you can get when you snap up the collaboration pack. The gaming giant has posted videos on YouTube and Twitter showing the villagers you can add to your town, as well as the Sanrio-themed items you'll be able to buy from the in-game store when you scan the amiibo cards.

There are six villagers you can add to your town by scanning the cards, and each one gives you access to specific Sanrio items. The Rilla card adds Hello Kitty-themed furniture and wallpapers to the list of items you can buy, for instance. You'll also get items based on My Melody, Little Twin Stars Kiki and Lala, Pompompurin, Cinnamoroll and Kerokerokeroppi with the other villagers. Each theme has a different set on offer — the Cinnamoroll items have tablets, umbrellas and signage for a cafe, while the Kerokerokeroppi-themed ones include a bridge and koi pond for a Japanese garden.

The New Leaf Sanrio pack will be available exclusively through Target on March 26th for $6. In Canada, it will be sold by retailers, including Best Buy, for CA$7.
