Banca AideXa

A fintech company with a team of 45 talents, Banca AideXa plans to reach 60 by the end of the year with the aim of expanding the commercial network to raise awareness of its products to Italian entrepreneurs. The recruiting process seeks 15 new profiles with the aim of combining banking and digital skills: the figures sought are business bankers, financial agents, credit brokers, digital operation analysts, software engineers, product owners and scrum masters.

First fintech in Europe exclusively dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises to obtain the banking license (just over a month ago), Banca AideXa is preparing to add further services to the X Instant loan, such as opening current accounts, issuing credit and debit cards, payments, with constant attention to the possibilities offered by open banking. Also to meet the needs of a constantly growing team, the new Banca AideXa “Casa X” office was opened in via Solari in Milan.

Esselunga

Among the various positions opened by the Esselunga chain, there are four figures in the ICT and digital sector, all for the headquarters in Pioltello (Milan). Two of these will be dedicated to cybersecurity: a cybersecurity engineer and a governance specialist. The first will have to deal with the implementation and operational management of architectures and solutions for cyber security in the ICT field and industrial control systems, taking care of the possible selection of third-party services for this purpose. The second will have to define and implement the information security management systems and related control models, the development of methodologies for risk assessment and the analysis of gaps in IT security. He will also have to support the legal and audit team, as well as monitor the cyber security KPIs.

The company is also looking for a senior data engineer to manage data from various fields: logistics, production, purchasing schemes in stores and online, coming to influence important aspects of the business and the achievement of objectives. Finally, an expert in designing IT infrastructures, to plan, manage and coordinate the needs concerning the cloud, servers, the on-premise network and more. In total, almost thirty figures are sought, from Genoa to Vicenza, from Livorno to Brescia, for Esselunga and Esserbella.

Inewa

Four open positions in the field of energy transition: offered by Inewa, an Italian “Esco” company dedicated to efficiency and consultancy services in this sector, in the Bolzano office. Born in July 2020 and already with 70 projects completed, Inewa expands its team of 25 people, starting with a project engineer who will take care of the preliminary design of energy production plants, with a master's degree in electrical or energy engineering and experience in the design of photovoltaic systems.

Same qualification required for a project manager, with proven experience of three years in the management of orders, for the design and construction of plants dedicated to renewables. Such a junior figure will have to manage relations with the client, coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, verify the correct on-site installation of the plants, manage the critical issues of orders, draw up reports (master's degree in environmental or mechanical engineering, three years experience). A legal consultant, to manage and organize the legal office, support the teams in drafting contracts, give support for participation in tenders and tenders and in merger and acquisition processes, corporate, Gdpr and law 231 (law degree and five years of experience).

Internship positions are also foreseen to support the technical and commercial offices for feasibility studies and project analysis. Problem solving orientation, high degree of flexibility, interest and ability to work in teams and by project, strong interpersonal skills are the main soft skills required, as well as a good knowledge of English and German.

ProntoPro

The marketplace for supply and demand for professional services ProntoPro is looking for new figures to be integrated into the engineering and marketing teams. There are two workplaces: the headquarters in Milan or the office in Rome, but for all positions the possibility of full-remote employment is also offered.

In particular, the company is looking for backend and frontend developer with different levels of experience. The technological skills required of the frontend figures are mainly based on React with TypeScript, while for the backend on PHP and Go. to bring value and innovation to all team members.

The data team will instead be enriched by data engineers who will collaborate with data scientists and data analysts to use the data available in the company, deriving from several years of presence on the market. The new figures sought will develop projects aimed at improving the customer experience of using the product and will support the company's decision-making choices, exploiting realtime machine learning and processing algorithms, with technologies such as Kafka and Spark.

For marketing automation projects, ProntoPro is looking for a Facebook ads specialist to be introduced to the dedicated team. At least three years of experience in Facebook ads and display or other performance marketing channels are required for a role that involves the strategic definition and operational management of display and social ads campaigns.

Retelit

Italian listed company, specialized in offering integrated digital solutions, Retelit expects the entry of 30 resources by the end of 2021 in the areas of sales, marketing, project management, developers, specialists for cloud solutions, Erp and customer care.

The fundamental requirement of the profiles sought is the aptitude for innovation, in relation to the product in the context of Ice services and to the approach, that is, for the ability to know how to bring new ideas to the company business. The group thus intends to insert innovative skills capable of increasing the ability to support companies in the challenges of digital transformation, an area in which Retelit can offer integrated solutions, a proprietary fiber optic network, a network of 18 data centers throughout the country and skills in the field of innovation and digitization (infrastructure, data management, applications).

ShippyPro

Born in Florence in 2016 with the aim of simplifying the management of logistics related to e-commerce, through a software that integrates with over 140 couriers and 60 sales channels, ShippyPro is ready to hire 100 new talents in the tech field within one year, who will join the 50 members of the startup team. The goal is the creation of the largest research and development department in Europe in the e-commerce and logistics sector, in a technology hub that the company is planning in the Tuscan capital.

There are several positions already open based on various profiles: software architects, IT security engineers, product managers, full stack developers, designers, quality assurance specialists and data scientists. To host them, the startup's headquarters in Florence, in Borgo San Frediano, a stone's throw from the Lungarno, in a period building from the 1400s which at the beginning of 2020 was modernized in a tech and eco-sustainable perspective.

Talent Garden

A digital reskilling path for over 40s without employment: it is Digital Restart, a completely free pilot project for a master in Data analysis, created by Talent Garden Innovation School in partnership with Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, which will provide 75 scholarships to fully cover the costs. The first master, starting in September, will be dedicated to training 25 professionals on data analysis, one of the areas most requested by the labor market during the current digital transformation.

The training course is intended for workers of between 40 and 50 years old, domiciled or resident in Lombardy, currently unemployed, who want to deepen the sector of data analysis within the company. The remaining 50 scholarships will be dedicated to future training projects, always dedicated to reskilling. The master starts on September 27th and will end on December 23rd. It will be structured in four days of training per week with online and offline teaching, plus an independent study day. The face-to-face sessions will take place at the Talent Garden Milano Calabiana campus. The course includes activities to encourage reintegration into the world of work, such as interviews with companies and workshops held by career management experts.

Access is based on a selection for technical and transversal skills. No specific qualifications are required but: previous work experience in organizational contexts, passion for the digital world, analytical mindset, good knowledge of PC use, level B1 in English.
