Humble Bundle: Millions of Dollars Raised for Turkey and Syria Earthquake

Humble Bundle

At the beginning of February 2023, an earthquake hit Turkey and Syria, generating a decidedly important humanitarian crisis. Humble Bundle did not stand by and a few weeks after the terrible phenomenon, which killed more than 30,000 people, decided to launch an important package containing games, role-playing game manuals and books. A bundle that has been able to meet a decidedly important response from PC players and beyond, managing to raise a very important sum to be donated to charity.

The package, available at a cost of just 28 euros, offers some also very recent video games such as Gotham Knights and a multitude of books and manuals for paper role-playing games. The response from the players was not long in coming and at the time of writing the bundle has raised over 2 million dollars, which will go directly to the entities involved in providing relief to people affected by the earthquake.

This is not the first time Humble Bundle moves like this. Already last year, about a month after the outbreak of war in Ukraine, caused by the invasion by Russia, the company decided to organize a fundraiser to be allocated to international associations for war refugees. Charity has always been part of the company's philosophy, which has evolved over the last decade, also going on to launch bundles other than video games, including software and books, in such a way as to embrace an increasingly large and limited to video game lovers.

If you are interested in purchasing the bundle, please visit this link. The package will remain available for about 48 hours, always at the price of 28 Euros. The value of the products included in the bundle exceeds $1,000 and over 81,000 have been purchased to date.
