PC Games 05/21 with Age of Empires 4

The remakes of the three predecessors are through, so it's about time that Age of Empires 4 finally appears. So it is extremely fitting that in mid-March we not only received a whole bunch of new information and pictures, but were also able to talk extensively with the makers. The result was a chic cover story - only the release date is unfortunately still missing.

Co-op games are a great thing, especially in the current situation. You can pass the time with your roommates or your better half, or at least do something online with friends you see far too seldom. So it's practical that Electronic Arts is conjuring up an absolute co-op surprise hit right now. It Takes Two turned out to be a really, really good game, we'll tell you why in our review.

Apart from that, there should be something for everyone this month. Football fans, for example, are looking forward to the return of kick-off maker Gerald Köhler with We Are Football, about which we have some tangible new information. For those who like it more cozy, our early access check on village romance is the right one, for Tolkien fans we have first gameplay impressions of The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, and for those who like puzzles, Square Enix recently announced the third Part of Life is Strange. During the tests, strategists at Spacebase Startopia or Endzone: A World Apart, and shooter fans at Doom Eternal: The Ancient Gods - Part Two, get their money's worth. The issue is rounded off by numerous specials in the magazine and extended sections, such as the next part of the icon series, this time on Richard Garriott. As a digital full version for extended buyers, we also have the tactical shooter Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising for you.
