Final Fantasy 7 remake will weigh heavily on PC! Here are the requirements

Among the many announcements that emerged during the last awards ceremony of The Game Awards 2021, we have finally found out when PC players will be able to enjoy the first part of Final Fantasy 7 Remake. The announcement has gone quietly, but after a long period of PlayStation exclusivity, the much appreciated remake of the historic JRPG is finally coming to PC.

Anyone who has already played Final Fantasy 7 Remake in physical version on PlayStation will remember that the title was distributed on three discs, as it was impossible to fit the entire game on a single Blu Ray Disk. Although physical copies of video games are now increasingly rare on PC, in order to install and enjoy the remake you will still need to free up the beauty of 100 GB of storage space.

Unfortunately, Square Enix has not wanted to reveal any news about PC-exclusive features at the moment, but it is possible that the game will support the recent Nvidia DLSS technology in a future patch, as Square Enix previously implemented the technology in the port of Final Fantasy 15. In addition to this, the Japanese company has unveiled the first system requirements of the remake on PC.

Minimum requirements:

CPU: Intel i5-3330 / AMD FX-8350 RAM: 8 GB GPU: Nvidia GeForce GXT 780 / AMD Radeon RX 480 VRAM: 3 GB Free space required: 100 GB Recommended requirements

CPU: Intel i7-3770 / AMD Ryzen 3 3100 RAM: 12 GB GPU: Nvidia GeForce GXT 1080 / AMD Radeon RX 5700 VRAM: 8 GB Free space required: 100 GB We remind you that Final Fantasy 7 Remake will be released on PC, via the Epic Games Store, on December 16, 2021.
