People, skills, technologies, visions: these are the cornerstones for a changing country, what Forum Pa wants to tell through the lens of public administration scenarios. The event organized by Fpa, a company of the Digital360 group, will be held in Rome from 14 to 17 June and returns with an edition in attendance at the Auditorium della Tecnica. Forum Pa does not renounce, however, the hybrid dimension and also includes exclusive online events and hybrid format meetings in the schedule.

Talk, columns, seminars, working tables make up the proposal for the 2022 edition (see all scheduled events and sign up). sportsgaming.win is media partner of the annual kermesse dedicated to the world of public administration and will contribute to the discussion within a dedicated schedule with a focus on innovation.

The PA is experiencing a period of great transformation: access, good administration, skills and digitalisation are the main axes that guide the reform and investment program, as indicated by the NRP. The goal is to overcome the stalemates created by the convergence of several phenomena (blocking of turnover, aging of the professional audience, less investment in training but also an excessive complexity and stratification of rules and procedures) and relaunch, thanks to better services, the alliance with citizens and businesses.

The four-day Forum Pa, with numerous moments of confrontation and discussion, will make it possible to draw up a budget to understand how close the objectives and targets envisaged by the PA reform are and from investments linked to European funds. Talking about PA means talking about economic recovery, the country's competitiveness but also about sustainable infrastructures and smart cities.

To also talk about the innovation and digitalization factor, alongside Forum Pa, there is sportsgaming.win, for an in-depth path that touches on peculiar issues such as the entry of technologies into the PA perimeter; the development of digital skills and human capital; the relationship between public and private; the governance of change.

On June 17th at 1pm, Gianni Dominici, Director General of Fpa, and Federico Ferrazza, Director of sportsgaming.win Italy, will talk with the Minister for technological innovation and digital transition, Vittorio Colao. Digital is a fundamental lever of change for the Public Administration but also one of the most important factors in bringing the public administration closer to a new generation of professionals, more qualified and younger. Minister Colao will talk about the challenges of the Department for digital transformation of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and will illustrate the objectives and initiatives that fall within digital Italy 2026: one of the cornerstones of the strategy is precisely the digitization of the Public Administration, which affects infrastructures, services, processes and skills. Equally important, and second strategic axis, are ultra-fast networks, and therefore the plans to bring 1 Gbps connections throughout the country.

June 14 - 12 noon. The role of the public-private partnership, as an enabling factor of the transformation processes outlined by national strategies, is at the center of the debate that sees the participation of Mauro Minenna, Head of the Department for digital transformation, Presidency of the Council of Ministers; Valeria Fascione, Councilor for Research, Innovation and Startups at the Campania Region; Andrea Rangone, professor at the Polytechnic of Milan and chairman of Digital 360; Francesca Reich, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Polygraphic Institute and State Mint.
