The group has planted the 'Ideo Trigger Bombs' in various cities around the world which force the bearer of a Quirk to explode causing mass murder. However, during the operation, Deku is embroiled in a catastrophic event that mistakenly nails him as one of the most wanted criminals in the world. In the chaos, the 'Humanize' group declares that they are behind this event and that the time limit is two hours.
