Ms. Marvel: release date and episode titles revealed?

Ms. Marvel

Episode titles of the upcoming MCU TV series Ms. Marvel have apparently been discovered via a TV app. Continuing the tradition of introducing a new generation of diverse heroes into Phase 4 of the MCU, the upcoming series stars Canadian actress Iman Vellani as young Kamala Khan. Ms. Marvel, which we recall will be out on Disney +, is currently undergoing major remakes of some filming ahead of its release later this year.

Marvel continues to focus on inclusiveness, both in comics and at inside the MCU, and the titular heroine of Ms. Marvel will be the first Muslim-Pakistani-American Marvel character to star in a TV series. After being exposed to the Terrigen bomb, Kamala acquired its morphogenic elongation and size-altering abilities through Inhuman genes. Her powers have been commonly referred to as titanizing in the comics. The origin of the name Ms. Marvel comes from Captain Marvel, as Kamala took the cloak from her idol Carol Danvers due to her admiration for the heroine.

According to the TV Time app, the most The world's largest monitoring platform for television and movie releases, the titles and dates of upcoming Disney + series may have been revealed, along with the She-Hulk TV series release date. If what TV Time reported is correct, unlike previous Marvel series on the streaming platform, which were all scheduled for Wednesday, Ms. Marvel will premiere on Friday May 13 with episode 1 titled “Kamala Khan: Embiggen "(Kamala Khan: Titanize). However, nothing has been definitively and officially announced by Disney or Marvel Studios regarding the series, other than previously confirmed that Ms. Marvel will consist of six episodes.

Initially, many fans were concerned about Kamala's removal of elasticity, shapeshifting, and size-altering powers as they seemed to parallel Carol Danvers' (played by actress Brie Larson) absorption and energy construct. The title of Episode 2, "Lockin 'Jaws", may refer to the giant Inhuman bulldog, Lockjaw, whose abilities include super canine strength and teleportation. Also, with episode 3 titled "The Women I Look Up To", it looks like the series may follow the story of Kamala’s admiration for Captain Marvel. This is in line with recent photos from the set that had shown Kamala wearing a homemade Captain Marvel costume.

Although the titles and dates listed in the app offer a possible glimpse into the upcoming Disney + series, it's not to be ruled out that things may change, as Ms. Marvel continues to undergo new filming remakes. Little has been definitively announced by Disney, and release dates continue to fluctuate, as the series was originally scheduled for 2021. The public will therefore have to wait a little longer for the release of Ms. Marvel, officially scheduled for later this year, but these titles offer a lot of material to speculate on.

Disney+ series Ms. Marvel starring Iman Vellani’s leaked set pictures hint at possible drone action sequence

Disney+ series Ms. Marvel starring Iman Vellani in titular heroine is currently in production. In the recently leaked pictures from the sets of the series, it appears to be seen some fleeing drones in an action sequence for the MCU series.

In a post shared by Cosmic Media on Twitter, Iman Vellani can be seen in her full superhero suit with a helmet on which is inspired by Brie Larson’s Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel. As described in the shared post, the scene shows Kamala Khan (Iman Vellani) possibly being chased by drones that look interestingly similar to the ones used by Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio in Spider-Man: Far From Home.

The teenage superhero is seen wearing sneakers while suited which might indicate the scene happens while the new heroine is still figuring out her place in the MCU.

However, as Collider suggests, the presence of the robotic menaces could also hint at one of the first threats Kamala fought in the comic books — an inventor who kidnapped kids and attached them to machines, who also sent drones to fight Ms. Marvel. In Marvel’s Avengers, Ms. Marvel also fought drones while trying to convince the Avengers to band together once more to defeat an evil corporation.

Disney+ miniseries Ms. Marvel is created by Bisha K. Ali based on the Marvel Comics character Kamala Khan / Ms. Marvel. Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah are set to direct along with Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy and Meera Menon.

The upcoming series also stars Aramis Knight as Kareem / Red Dagger, Saagar Shaikh as Kamala’s brother Amir, Rish Shah as Kamran, Matt Lintz as Kamala’s best friend Bruno Carrelli, Zenobia Shroff as Kamala’s mother Muneeba, and Mohan Kapur as Kamala’s father, Yusuf. Yasmeen Fletcher, Laith Nakli, Azhar Usman, Travina Springer, Nimra Bucha, Alyy Khan, and Alysia Reiner have also been cast in undisclosed roles.

The show will officially debut this summer on Disney+.
