The Witcher 3, the cosplay of Orianna from Lada Lyumos is disturbing

The Witcher 3

Orianna, undoubtedly one of the most disturbing characters of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, in this case of the Blood and Wine expansion, is the protagonist of the new cosplay of Lada Lyumos.

The Russian model has managed to capture the essence of this figure, who hides a terrible secret behind a generous woman's facade: her orphanage is nothing more than a reserve of young flesh to draw upon when blood thirst makes itself felt.

Stories like Orianna's have certainly contributed to the success of the CD Projekt RED series, which will be the protagonist of a new trilogy about which, however, very little is known at the moment .

As for the beautiful Lada, if you like her cosplay take a look at Ranni from Elden Ring, Lisa from Genshin Impact, Daenerys from Game of Thrones and 2B from NieR: Automata.

You're About To Play Witcher 3 Again

Now that a new wave of Witcher games is on the horizon, it's safe to say that players will start returning to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. CDPR's last main Witcher title was already a massively successful game when it launched in 2015 thanks to its huge scope, brutal gameplay, and dark and twisting narrative. As was the case with past Witcher titles, players took control of Geralt of Rivea, a mutant Witcher searching for his long-lost adoptive daughter Ciri. Along the way, Geralt takes a wide range of monster-slaying jobs, reunites with old allies, and fights to protect Ciri from a fiendish army known as the Wild Hunt.

For the past couple of years, there has been talk of a Witcher 3 update for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S that will bring Geralt’s latest journey to modern gaming hardware. However, this Witcher 3 remaster has been delayed multiple times to allow CDPR more time to work on Cyberpunk 2077’s many technical issues. Despite these reported setbacks, CDPR recently reassured fans that the Witcher 3 PS5/Xbox Series upgrade will still launch by the end of 2022. While this update will certainly draw fans back to The Witcher 3, it might not be the only factor in players jumping back into the world of Wild Hunt over the next few years.

Early last week, CD Projekt Red surprised players by revealing several upcoming projects, including multiple new Witcher titles. There were already rumors of a new Witcher storyline earlier this year, but this latest announcement clarified that it will span an entire trilogy of Witcher games that will be released over the next six years. A couple of spin-off Witcher titles are also in the works, including one that will bring online multiplayer to the traditionally single-player Witcher series. With all these exciting new Witcher projects in development, many fans will likely replay The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt to get caught up with the lore of the franchise.

These fans might also jump back into The Witcher 3 for a less positive reason. While CDPR earned widespread acclaim and goodwill from gamers following Wild Hunt’s release, the disastrous launch of Cyberpunk 2077 five years later left many of the developer’s fans shaken. CDPR has slowly been rebuilding its former reputation over the past couple of years thanks to some significant Cyberpunk 2077 updates (such as September's Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.6), but some players are still weary about whether the upcoming Witcher games can live up to the high standard set by The Witcher 3. These players might find themselves returning to Witcher 3 to replay the series at its best should the next Witcher title fall short of these heights.

Whatever the reason, it’s almost a certainty that players will start replaying The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in the build-up to the next round of Witcher games. This isn't a bad thing, as The Witcher 3 is an excellent action/RPG with many hidden details and Easter eggs for players to uncover on a second or third playthrough. However, this double-edged sword also burdens CDPR's next title to live up to the high expectations set by Geralt’s last big adventure - especially if the new Witcher game is leaving Geralt behind.
