Among the winners of the Mtv Video Music Awards 2022

At the MTV Video Music Awards held at Prudential Center in Newark in New Jersey, the most memorable victories are those of Måneskin and K-pop bands. Among the "usual suspects" Taylor Swift has won two times, for the Video of The Year and the Best Longform Video, both obtained thanks to All Too Well (10 Minute Version). The video also won Best Direction. Anitta, the singer famous for her candor (about plastic surgery, endometriosis, sexual freedom, etc.) is the first Brazilian artist ever to win a MTV Video Music Award. Harry Styles' latest record Harry's House was voted Best Album, Billie Eilish Happier Than Ever's single is Song of The Year.

Korean bands did well too: Blackpink performed the performance of the new single Pink Venom, and won the futuristic award for Best Metaverse Performance for the special single Ready For Love that explores virtual worlds. Lisa won the Best K-pop award for Lalisa's solo debut, while the Seventeen won the Best Push Performance award, their first at this event, for Rock With You.
