The exit window of the Chainsaw Man anime

Previously it was announced that the anime adaptation of Chainsaw Man, taken from the manga of the same name written and drawn by Tatsuki Fujimoto and published in our country by Planet Manga (get it on Amazon!) Would debut in 2022, but they did not yet have a precise exit period, at least until now. The anime will in fact be released this fall.

About the Chainsaw Man anime

The staff sees Ryū Nakayama (Black Clover, Jujutsu Kaisen) direct the anime to the MAP and Hiroshi Seko (Ajin, Attack on Titan The Final Season) write the scripts. Kazutaka Sugiyama (Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation) is drawing the characters and Tatsuya Yoshihara (Black Clover, Monster Musume: Everyday Life with Monster Girls) is directing the action. Makoto Nakazono (DARLING in the FRANXX, Little Witch Academia) is the technical director. Kiyotaka Oshiyama (DEVILMAN crybaby, Space Dandy) is drawing the devils and Yūsuke Takeda (Eden of the East, Vinland Saga) is the art director. Naomi Nakano is the color key artist and Kensuke Ushio (DEVILMAN crybaby, Liz and the Blue Bird, A Silent Voice) is composing the music.




Chainsaw Man: the manga

The first part of the Chainsaw Man manga was serialized from 2018 to 2020 on Weekly Shonen Jump with 11 total volumes. while the second part will no longer arrive on Weekly Shonen Jump, but on the respective digital application, Shonen Jump + and will begin in the early summer of 2022. The second part will adapt the school narrative arc (Gakko-hen).

In Italy the series is published by Planet Manga which describes the plot as follows:
