In every episode of Cucine da Incubo, produced by Endemol Shine Italy for Sky - starting from 3 April, every Sunday for six weeks, at 9.15 pm on Sky Uno and streaming on NOW, always available on demand and visible on Sky Go (the first episode will go - in preview - Thursday 31 March at 20 always on Sky Uno and streaming on NOW) - Chef Cannavacciuolo will arrive in the restaurant to try the menu firsthand and evaluate food and service, he will then observe the staff at work and, based on the problems that have emerged, he will give his advice, also providing advice for a new menu. The venue will undergo a total make over, a complete renovation to be completed in record time, which will give the location a new look to make it more welcoming and functional, creating a different atmosphere than in the past, finally tailored to the customer. After these interventions, the staff will then be ready to start over: with the passion for restarting and the strength of the advice received from the Chef, but also with the fundamental awareness of past mistakes, all the people at work in the dining room and kitchen will be able to return to work. , reopening the doors to customers.

MAÃŽTRE CHOCOLATIER - TALENTS IN CHALLENGE

The spotlight is on Maître Chocolatier - Talenti in Sfida, the first Italian talent show for aspiring Maîtres Chocolatiers, produced by Banijay Italia. Ten professionals, leading experts in the art of chocolate, challenge each other to the last praline to join the team of Lindt Italia's Maître Chocolatiers. The starred chef Giorgio Locatelli, judge of MasterChef Italia, follows the aspiring Maîtres Chocolatiers on their journey, revealing their stories and dreams. At his side a jury of excellence, authoritative and with a long experience in the world of chocolate: the Maître Chocolatier Lindt Nico Tomaselli, the pastry chef Melissa Forti, refined and dark like a dark bar, and in every episode an exceptional guest at surprise, coming from the entertainment world. A unique and refined location welcomes the jury and the competitors, who can freely express their art and creativity in this space. Symbol of competition, object of scene and work, the traditional melting pot, from which rivers of milk, dark and white chocolate, intoxicate the studio theater of contention with a sweet scent. In each episode two challenges are staged, two occasions to show one's talent to the judges and make the spectators dream at home, showing the thousand facets and shades of chocolate, revealing the secrets of a raw material and an art as noble as the processing of chocolate. The first test, the Creation Test, is useful for competitors to show their artistic sensitivity and the ability to realize their inspiration. The second test, the Expertise Test, on the other hand, stimulates competitors to demonstrate their technical skills to reproduce the essential and characteristic trait of Lindt's iconic products, such as Lindor or Orsetto, faithfully recreating it or presenting a personal variation. In each episode a competitor is eliminated, in a crescendo of intensity and gluttony, because only the best will become part of the Lindt Italia Maîtres Chocolatiers team, wearing the iconic hat.
