The official online portals of Blue Lock have unveiled a new trailer for the anime adaptation inspired by the manga of the same name written by Muneyuki Kaneshiro (As the Gods Will, Jagan) and drawn by Yusuke Nomura (Dolly Kill Kill), which reveals the date of start.

The anime series about football will therefore start on October 8, 2022 and below we can watch the new trailer on the notes of the opening entitled Chaos ga Kiwamaru performed by the band Unison Square Garden.

Among the main staff are Tetsuaki Watanabe (Powerful Pro Yakyuu Powerful Koko-hen) directing the project at 8-Bit with Shunsuke Ishikawa in the role of assistant director. Taku Kishimoto (Haikyu !!, Silver Spoon, Fruit Basket) writes the script and manga writer Muneyuki Kaneshiro supervises the story. Masaru Shindo (Fruit Basket, Macross Delta, My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU), Kenji Tanabe and Kento Toya are character designers and head of animations. Hisahi Tojima supports the animation work and Hiromi Sakamoto directs the action scenes. Jun Murayama composes the music.

In relation to the cast of the main characters, Meguru Bachira is voiced by Tasuku Kaito, Yoichi Isagi is voiced by Kazuki Ura, Rensuke Kunigami is voiced by Yuki Ono and Hyoma Chigiri is voiced by Soma Saito.
