The national preview of the film The perfect dinner by Davide Minnella closes the program of the "Cinema and TV series" section of COMICON 2022. Naples' Pignatelli to open DC Comics exhibition
Naples, March 17 - Naples' Pignatelli Cortes museum is set to open an exhibition dedicated to U.S. comic book publisher DC Comics, whose characters include Superman and Batman, ahead of this year's edition of the Naples Comicon games and comics fair. The exhibition, running from March 19 until May 2, showcases original pieces by comic book artists Jack Kirby, Alex Ross and John Bolton. It also includes a focus on Italian artists at DC Comics, such as Mirka Andolfo, Giuseppe Camuncoli and Werther Dell'Edera. In the year that Zack Snyder's film Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice is due for release, the exhibition traces the origins of these famous characters, and the stylistic revolution they underwent at DC Comics. Naples' Comicon fair is scheduled for April 22-25.
