The Jump Festa 2022 is expected for this weekend of 18 and 19 December 2021 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, but the first rumors have already emerged online, now a few days before the start of the great end-of-year event that celebrates with art exhibitions, shows and above all news about the Shueisha franchises.

Furthermore, an important announcement is also expected for Tatsuki Fujimoto's Chainsaw Man and its editor, Shihei Lin, will appear on stage to talk about Fujimoto's previous works.

We specify that the news for the two aforementioned franchises are a nothing short of expectations since it is already known that the poster and trailer for the return of the anime will be unveiled at the Bleach panel with the adaptation of the final part of the manga, The Thousand Years War (click here to reach the last details ), and, at this point, there might even be more. Regarding Chainsaw Man, however, it is recent news that the second part of the manga and the anime are both scheduled for 2022.

Therefore, the Jump Festa could now be the ideal stage to receive more details to support the clear picture of the situation.

Bleach: the manga and the anime

Tite Kubo is a manga comic artist who has achieved success, through the boards of Weekly Shonen Jump, with Bleach, serialized from 2000 to 2016 with a total of 686 chapters and 74 volumes. In Italy, the work is entirely published by Planet Manga (buy the latest volume of the manga on Amazon).

The manga inspired an anime series produced by Studio Pierrot and interrupted in 2012 with the episode. However, the return of the anime has been announced and at a date yet to be defined the transposition of the last narrative arc, The War of the Thousand Years (details in our most recent article) will arrive.

In Italy, the first season of the anime is currently available with the first five seasons through the Amazon Prime Video streaming platform. The next ones will arrive in January 2022.

In addition, the manga inspired an animated series broadcast on TV Tokyo, novels, video games, animated specials, feature films, merchandising and even a live action film released on August 20, 2018 in Japanese cinemas.

From 14 September 2018 Netflix has made available the vision, also in Italy, of the live action.

Chainsaw Man: the manga and the anime

The Chaisaw Man manga series is divided into seasons: the first was published from to 13 December 2020 for a total of 91 Chapters and 11 tankobons. The second, on the other hand, is being written and will begin at a later date through the application of Shonen Jump Plus (Shueisha) at a date to be defined.

In Italy it is published in Italy for Planet Manga with the first 7 volumes available.
