Academy4Talents is born from the SAP-Human partnership

Academy4Talents is launched, a specialized training project that aims to generate new value in companies through the inclusion of young talents selected, trained and certified on SAP Cloud solutions within the SAP partner organizations.

Not a simple Academy, but a broader and more innovative initiative that will allow SAP partner companies to find more easily the figures they need most.

SAP and Umana's ICT Specialist Area will collaborate in synergy for the research, selection, training and inclusion of these profiles within companies, young graduates (or recent graduates) able to manage processes, engineer platforms, analyze big data and immediately integrate in production and management processes.

Thanks to the collaboration with Umana, a training partner, and the possibility of financing study paths with Forma.Temp, the fund for tation of temporary workers, companies will be able to hire young talents ready to take on the new challenges of the working world.

Furthermore, only for some selected Academies, SAP and Umana will activate personal access to the Learning Hub platform for one year of SAP. Participants will thus have the opportunity to use the training contents and to carry out the exercises and the certification exam.

The next phase of the initiative will take place on Thursday 1 July through Event4Talents, a digital orientation event on a platform. CVing with a virtual map navigable by visitors and in which the participating partners will be present.

On this occasion, a webinar dedicated to future candidates will be held, with interventions by SAP and Umana and testimonials from students who have already attended a similar path previously.

There are several pre-employment training opportunities provided. The first will start on Monday 26 July and will cover SAP Finance Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Commerce Cloud, targeting students with a degree in economics and technical-scientific disciplines with a specific interest in the automation of sales and business management processes; finally, a course on SAP HANA Modeling, aimed at technical profiles and focused on learning the first in-memory database in the world, SAP HANA.

«SAP has always been committed to creating a virtuous circle between the world of 'education, young talents and its ecosystem of partners, to enrich the Italian market with professional profiles with the right digital skills to be successful in the new economic scenario "said Adriano Ceccherini, Mdmarket and Channel Director of SAP Italy and Greece.

"For this reason we are pleased to continue our collaboration with Umana with a project that on the one hand offers training and access to the world of work for young graduates, and on the other supports the growth and renewal needs of our partners" .

«In a delicate economic context such as the one we are going through - declared Maria Raffaella Caprioglio, president of Umana - it is even more fundamental to build projects capable of giving valuable responses to companies that allow young people to enter the world of work immediately ".

" This is why we are once again pleased to enrich the collaboration between Umana and SAP with this new path that it concretely looks to the future, to the business world, to their needs, and at the same time allows new talents to take an important path, rich in content and stimuli ".
