Elden Ring: game editor stolen

Elden Ring

As we approach the release of Elden Ring, leaks and spoilers from the game still emerge, also thanks to the jailbreak of one of the latest PlayStation 4 firmware. Obviously far from anticipating details that are still hidden and that could ruin the gaming experience, the video emerged in these hours, however, deserves to be seen. Because? Because it simply shows you a preview of the character editor.

Let's go in order: all the leaks currently present on the Internet are the result of the closed test network. Although it ended in 2021, those who have a PlayStation 4 with a jailbroken can continue to access it, without any limitations. In fact, in the Elden Ring beta, most of the content was already available but there was no possibility to access it due to the limitations of FromSoftware. Now, however, everything is completely explorable (provided you have installed a custom firmware) and among the various features that you can discover is the editor of the main character.

As you can admire from the video a little further on low, the character editor is very similar to the one already seen in previous FromSoftware games, namely Demon's Souls and the Dark Souls series. Unfortunately it does not work perfectly but it gives us a good indication of how free the personalization of our digital alter ego will be when engaged in this adventure. You can check out the video yourself, as it is practically free from spoilers.

Although the title has yet to officially come out, it seems that FromSoftware is already working on its next game, which will draw on a famous IP from the past: find all the details at this address. Elden Ring – New Gameplay Clips Showcase Terrifying Enemies

There isn’t long left before Elden Ring finally launches, and excitement surrounding FromSoftware’s open world action RPG has reached a fever pitch by this point. Ahead of its launch, publisher Bandai Namco has been showing plenty of footage of the game- but new details have been coming in from other sources as well.

Recently, for instance, YouTube user ER-SA uploaded a handful of new gameplay clips, showcasing interesting new snippets from the Closed Network Test’s Stormveil Castle section. The first shows an enemy called the Crucible Knight, who bears a resemblance to Dark Souls’ Black Knights. In addition to its hard-hitting attacks and formidable size, the enemy can also pop out wings and a tail.

Another clip showcases large angry eagles that have sword attached to their feet and throw exploding barrels at the player, while the third and final clip showcases the player being cornered on both sides by terrifying multi-limbed enemies (who look a lot like the enemy in the picture above). You can check out all three clips below.

Elden Ring will launch on February 25 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
