Xiaomi 12 / 12X - The most compact top
Xiaomi 12 and 12X are two brothers identical in size (152.7mm x 69.9mm x 8.16mm), but not for "internal" characteristics. The main difference is made by the processor, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 on Xiaomi 12 and Snapdragon 870 on Xiaomi 12X.Compared to the "base" 12, the 12X also loses wireless charging at 50W and reverse charging at 10W . Furthermore, those who buy the 12X now must take into account that the software is not exactly up to date (Xiaomi 12X comes with Android 11 on board).
Putting these differences aside, Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12X are both devices to consider if you are looking for a particularly handy smartphone. The 6.28 ″ curved screen on the sides favors a firm grip, along with the rounded edges that make it even more comfortable to hold.
The cameras are 50MP + 13MP + 5MP, but it's the audio sector to reserve more surprises (the two stereo speakers are signed Harman Kardon).
As for the visual experience, it must be said that Xiaomi 12 / 12X does not have a very wide screen (it is one of the things that you have to give up when compactness is the priority), but its definition and fluidity are not inferior to those of the Pro model.
