Samsung Unpacked 2022, in the first teaser Galaxy S and Note merge "breaking the rules"

Samsung Unpacked 2022, in the first teaser Galaxy S and Note merge breaking the rules

Samsung Unpacked 2022

The wait is (almost) over: Samsung Galaxy S22 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 are about to arrive. A few days after the alleged launch date, Samsung has published this video on its YouTube channel in which the silhouette of two smartphones identified as a "representative" of the S series and a "representative" of the Note series is clearly visible. At a certain point, the two devices merge giving life to a new device, presumably the S22 Ultra, the absolute top of the range among the S22s.

In short, in fifteen seconds of video, Samsung confirms the rumors of months according to which this Ultra will really be the heir of the good old Note. What it will inherit specifically is soon said: already in the teaser we see a square smartphone with lines very similar to those of the historic Samsung phablet, which the S22 Ultra evokes and "pays homage" perfectly.

Another element distinctive of the old Note was the S Pen, a real prerogative of this series. Well, with S22 Ultra we will also find the stylus, as almost all the rumors leaked in the last months suggest.

Is (": visible")) {console. log ("Edinet ADV adding zone: tag crm_srl-th_mobilelabs_d_mh2_1 slot id: th_mobilelabs_d_mh2"); } In the aftermath of the release of the teaser, Samsung has kicked off pre-orders of Samsung Galaxy S22 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 in their various versions. Also at stake are several discounts and offers for those who decide to book their next smartphone / tablet at this link, including a greedy extra credit worth 50 dollars.

If the pre-orders have already started, we will have to wait a little longer for the final marketing. First of all, the launch event should be held on February 8th or at the latest on February 9th, as hypothesized by the Ice universe leaker. The first models are expected to ship on February 21; starting from the 24th, however, Samsung Galaxy S22 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 will finally be available in stores.

Samsung Galaxy Watch4 is available on Amazon for almost € 50.00 less than the list price. Discover the offer by clicking here!

BIG Samsung announcements in February, Galaxy S22 Ultra teased

Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event in February set to reveal the Galaxy S22 Ultra, as hinted by teaser video.

Samsung has announced the Galaxy Unpacked event for February, hinting at the fusion of the Galaxy Note and Galaxy S lineup. This isn’t a new thing given that the Galaxy S21 Ultra had already adopted the S Pen in an unusual way last year. However, based on the leaks this year, Samsung could actually bring back the Galaxy Note in the form of its ultimate Galaxy S variant, complete with the S Pen resting inside.

In an official release, Samsung’s Dr. TM Roh says, “At Unpacked in February 2022, we’ll introduce you to the most noteworthy S series device we’ve ever created. The next generation of Galaxy S is here, bringing together the greatest experiences of our Samsung Galaxy into one ultimate device.” And in the footer, he ends up confirming that it will carry the Ultra moniker.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra leaks have revealed what mostly looks like the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in many ways. Leaked renders have revealed a rectangular design that the Galaxy Note 8 popularised as the Note lineup’s identity. Unlike the Galaxy S21 Ultra that required its S Pen to be tucked away separately in a case, the S22 Ultra is said to have the S Pen stylus inside.

With Samsung recently announcing its Exynos 2200 chip, it seems the Galaxy S22 Ultra is shaping up to be another full-blown flagship set to take on the Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max. However, some markets are expected to get the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip; India could possibly get the Snapdragon variant this year.

The leaks have also revealed the regular Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 Plus launching alongside the Ultra variant. These models aren’t expected to be a drastic upgrade from the Galaxy S21 lineup. The renders have revealed a design strikingly similar to the Galaxy S21, although Samsung could ditch the dual tone paintjob.

Earlier in the year, Samsung also announced its Galaxy S21 FE in several markets, including India. Starting at Rs. 54,990, the Galaxy S21 FE is essentially a cut-price Galaxy S21 Plus. We reviewed it and were left impressed with its great display, a well-tuned Exynos 2100 chip for a good performance, nice cameras and an overall polished user experience.
