Some of these are perfect to use at the beginning of the year – period of good intentions! – like Little Lunches , which could help you with your diet, and Sleep Tracker , if you sleep little and badly and need scientific help to change your habits.

So, ready to discover your next app favorite?

Little Lunches – Meal Planning

Little Lunches is an app designed primarily to help you plan family meals. This app also contains healthy recipes and advice on feeding children, and generally represents the guide you may need to prepare nutritious and at the same time delicious breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. More specifically, the advantages of Little Lunches can be summarized in 4 points:

it offers a personalized meal plan for your family based on your food preferences, dietary restrictions and calorie intake needs; the proposed recipes are based on the ingredients you have in your pantry (you can update them each time in the app); includes the shopping list function, to always know what to buy; includes video recipes. Book Morning Routine Waking Up

Book Morning promises to help you get up early with the help of the integrated alarm clock, which is not the usual annoying alarm clock, because its sound is "sweet" (developers word), and it is not the usual alarm clock also because it motivates you to wake up to a series of engaging stories. In short, Book Morning offers you to start the day by reading stories selected specifically to keep your attention alive and first of all awaken… your curiosity. The stories cover themes of war, suspense and science fiction, the expected reading time is 5 minutes and – according to the creators of the app – anyone who starts reading will be motivated to get to the end, so they will not fall asleep again. We don't know if it works, but we still nominate it as one of the most curious apps among the recent releases.

Sleep Monitoring – Alarm Clock

Sleep Monitoring does what its name suggests: it is a very complete app to track night rest and detect any “ anomalies” (for example, if you snore or talk in your sleep, you will be able to listen to the recordings when you wake up).
